As a passionate mentor I share my knowledge from all these years creative media experience. In the form of consults, talks, workshops, books, content and retreats.
My mentoring is a reflection of me: playful, creative, colorful, deep and free(ing). But always within a solid structure and so a sharp focus. Blessed with a bird’s eye view, a strong intuition and clairvoyant abilities, I always know quickly where attention is required. Where energy flows and where it’s stagnant.
I created a liberating method that is the foundation of any session, workshop, consult, talk or retreat. A methodology that sparks true colors. Cause to ignite the fire in yourself, you do need that tiny spark first... Then these sparks become like a roadmap for the direction to follow in our lives. And so you live more and more of your enthousiasm, aliveness and your unique art. One step at a time.

My experience
For many (many, manyyyy) years I work in media as a writer, manager and multi-creative.
I started at art academy (fashion) with internships at trend forecast agency Promostyl in Paris and at 19 magazine (TI Media) in London.
From designing prints for fashion brands and men’s ties (true story) I landed my dream job and worked for 12 years as a (ultimately coordinating) editor at several glossy magazines at a large publishing house.
Then freelance for many years more; writing and coordinating for magazines, creating and managing (SEO) content.
Always working on my own creative projects on the side. From several published books and travel guides to an online writing course. And from illustrations to a small The Barefoot Diaries-ceramics collection.
And sharing my creative and holistic expertise. I hosted inspiration sessions at a retreat on Ibiza to several talks (about my books) for small groups and even large audiences.
Gratuated Holistic Therapist
When I was around thirty years old I started a deep journey of personal development. Sparked by a challenging time in my life. Healing what I needed to heal to feel free and remember who I am in essence. Integrate my light as well as face my shadow sides and integrate all fragmented parts of me back to the whole.
I graduated as a Life Therapist after a five year education based on consciousness, body psychotherapy, spiritual development, coaching & counseling and healing & reading techniques (DSM IV and a Medical Module HBO Bachelor are included in this study). Next to that I graduated as an Aura-Soma color therapist as well.
I wrote two books on this topic: I Love Me and Feel your Sparkle (only in Dutch).
Within mentoring and consulting all my years of creative experience, working for magazines as well as high end brands and my knowledge as a graduated therapist, come together. Never to be a teacher, but always to inspire. Like Socrates I wish for others to find their own answers and questions to expand from. I will provide a safe space and loving container for that creative self-discovery towards more inner freedom.
I use beauty (esthetics) and creativity (lifeforce) as means to reflect your true nature. All our creative expressions can be a means to display the exquisitness of our essence in form.
